Refund Policy
Goods or Services purchased through this website and at Royal Aero Club of Western Australia premises.
- Membership fees: Membership fees are paid for the remaining quarterly duration of the current financial year and are not refundable (see 7. Exceptional circumstances).
- Product Purchase: In the event that you purchase a product that you do not wish to keep, we will refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee if the product is unopened or in resalable condition. Products can be exchanged for alternative products at full purchase price credit if the product is unopened or in resalable condition. If you have purchased a faulty product from us, we will provide a full refund to the credit or debit card provided fro the purchase.
- Flight or Tuition Service cancellation: In the event that a service has to be cancelled by Royal Aero Club of Western Australia, will offer a replacement alternative service. The replacement voucher is valid for one year. As an alternative, a cash refund can be provided.
- No-show or failure to present for your booked service: No refunds offered.
- Shortened or incomplete journeys: No refunds offered.
- Inability to attend advised before service or departure – a cash refund less a 20% service fee can be provided.
- Exceptional circumstances – a full refund can be provided on application to, and at the discretion of, the Secretary of Royal Aero Club of Western Australia.
